Shankha Prakshalana
Shankha means intestines and prakshalana means thorough cleansing.
The Shankha Prakshalana kriya is a cleansing process for the whole digestive system.
It is also sometimes called varisara.
Preparations:
Prepare five or six liters of salt water.
