Steps to perform this pose:
Lie down flat on the floor in supine pose
Keep your feet together and arms by sides of the body
Bend both knees bringing heels close to the buttocks on the mat
Bend the elbows and place the palms below shoulders with finger pointing towards the feet
Inhale and lift the upper body and buttocks up in the air
In the final position elbows and knees are kept as straight as possible
Lower the body on the floor as you exhale
Bring down the buttocks, back and head on the floor
This is one round; practice 3-5 rounds
