Steps to perform this pose:
Sit in vajrasana and keep the knees separated
Keep the toes touching each other
Place the palms in between the knees on the floor
Fingers pointing towards the body
Elbows and spine straight
The arms support the weight of the upper trunk
Raise the chin up a little
Keep the eyes closed and focus the awareness on the place in the centre of the eyebrows
Keep the mouth closed and the body still
