Steps to perform this pose:
Stand with feet together and arms by sides of the body
Take a long stride backward with right leg
Separate both feet to a comfortable distance
Place the palms by the sides of the left foot
Bend the left knee and place the right knee on the floor to maintain balance
Without hunching the shoulders, keep the elbows as straight as possible
Balance the body on two palms, left foot, right knee and toes of the right foot
Raise the chin up and gaze at the eyebrow center
Keep awareness on the stretch, balance and breath
