  • Add 1 teaspoon of honey and lemon juice each to half a cup of warm water and drink it several times a day.
  • Mix and grind one teaspoon of cardamom, black pepper, ginger powder and cinnamon along with four teaspoons of sugar. Mix the preparation with honey and take the powder twice after meals.
