It is no secret that moderate exercise and sensible eating habits are the key to remain slim and trim. But if one wants to lose weight and doesn’t want to curtail the meal, one should try this method: chew the food more and more and more – at least thirty five times. If one does this, they will never overeat, and will lose weight easily. One is overeating because of not chewing the food properly and is therefore not supplying the necessary food value to the body. In other words, a body needs certain minimum nutrition to remain healthy, but by gulping fast, we don’t allow the mind to tell us when to stop and hence we tend to overeat.
