Develop Trust Between Kids and Yourself

PrintPrint Hi Yogis, Today there is a desperate need to reshuffle our modern lifestyle habits. With increased dependence on technology and gadgets for our day to day activities we have made our lives sedentary. By reducing our physical activities we are prone to numerous intoxications. Toxins that we are exposed to, come from every possible corner of our environment. Natural life is missing from our lives. We start our faulty routine right from the time we open our eyes. In ancient India kids had no exposure to luxurious technological spoilers to help them get addicted and lazy. A science of life existed then, based on close and specific observation of nature around. This science had no name, had no books or scholars to propagate. But it was there inside every individual, every householder and every family. It was a simple experiential knowledge handed down from father to son, mother to daughter, granny and grandpa to young siblings of the family. There was no laid down structure to it but simply a logical lifestyle, based on close observation of the nature. It all use to come from the experienced to the fresher. This was termed in ancient India as Guru Shishya Parampara- Master and Disciple Tradition.

Guru literally means, one who is the master, ‘master of what one has already experienced’ or ‘one who guides you to liberation’. But today there is a huge gap between the two generations.
