Techniques:
- Lie flat on the stomach
- Bend the elbows keeping the arms above the head
- Interlock the fingers and place the hands at the back of the head and neck
- Keep the legs straight
- Join the big toes together
- Allow the heels to separate
- Relax the body by focusing the awareness on the breath
- Release the position after 5-10 minutes.
Contra-indications:
- Pregnancy

- Relieves stiff neck and shoulders and helps upper back conditions
- Good for minimizing sciatic pain
