Techniques:

  • Lie flat on the stomach
  • Bend the elbows keeping the arms above the head
  • Interlock the fingers and place the hands at the back of the head and neck
  • Keep the legs straight
  • Join the big toes together
  • Allow the heels to separate
  • Relax the body by focusing the awareness on the breath
  • Release the position after 5-10 minutes.

  • Pregnancy
