Techniques:
- Kneel down on the floor
- Sit with the buttocks between the two heels
- Unfold the right leg and place the foot on the floor beside the left knee
- Place the right palm on the right knee and the left palm on the left knee
- Close the eyes and relax the body
- Retain the position for as long as possible
- Repeat with the left foot placed beside the right knee
Contra-indications:
- Severe knee conditions
- Arthritis
