Techniques:

  • Kneel down on the floor
  • Sit with the buttocks between the two heels
  • Unfold the right leg and place the foot on the floor beside the left knee
  • Place the right palm on the right knee and the left palm on the left knee
  • Close the eyes and relax the body
  • Retain the position for as long as possible
  • Repeat with the left foot placed beside the right knee

Contra-indications:

  • Severe knee conditions
  • Arthritis
