Yoga and specific Yoga poses to cure obesity

Yoga has been found to be very beneficial for obese people as it helps them to lose weight effectively. The physical movements stimulate the abdominal organs thus improving digestion. Better digestion can help reduction of weight. It also stimulates the heart and lungs, increasing intake of oxygen that leads to enhanced energy for physical activity, which in turn can lead to greater weight loss. On the other hand with more oxygen being supplied to all the internal organs, they are able to flush out harmful toxins thus leading to weight loss.
